In an effort to ensure responsiveness and continuous quality improvement, foundry Birdie foundry has developed an in-house design and modeling department.
By entrusting us with their projects, clients benefit from experience and cross-functional expertise.
Modeling is carried out on our CAD workstations. The 3D models allow us to validate component assemblies, optimize materials, develop the best production techniques, and provide manufacturing plans for machined or cast components.
From the first stroke to the computer-generated image
The design office relies on computer-aided design technologies, whether in 2D or 3D, from the creation of primitives (lines, arcs, volumes, ...) to the creation of complex structured and parameterized objects (Architecture, Engineering, Asset Management...), according to the objectives to be achieved.
Rapid prototyping by 3D printing – 1 to 10 parts
