Cast iron counterweights
The counterweights produced by us from lamellar graphite cast iron are as durable as possible. Our range of cast iron counterweights covers several areas of activity. From blocks or weights to support tents, marquees, or scaffolding, to the counterweights of a heavy elevator or a construction machine, we have all the cast iron ballast solutions to meet your needs.
The density of the cast iron, ranging from 6.8 to 7.4, is a good alternative to steel due to its resistance to vibrations and corrosion. Furthermore, cast iron has the advantage of being a cost-effective option compared to other metals.
Steel counterweights
The counterweights manufactured by us from steel are as durable as possible. Our range of steel counterweights covers several areas of activity. From blocks or weights to secure tents, marquees, or scaffolding, to the counterweights of heavy lifting equipment or construction machinery, we have all the steel ballast solutions to meet your needs.
The density of steel, ranging from 7.5 to 8.1, is an ideal choice for its excellent durability and compact appearance. Furthermore, the steel counterweight has the advantage of being optimized in multiple ways during its design, depending on the thermomechanical conditions and surface treatment for product finishing.
Concrete counterweights
The counterweights made by us in cement concrete adapt to all your needs. Our range of concrete counterweights covers almost all areas of activity. These weights are designed in masonry blocks according to the mold made for the client's request. We have all the concrete ballast solutions to meet your expectations.
The density of cement concrete, around 2, is a cost-effective alternative compared to metal equivalents.
Lead counterweights
Lead is a material with a high density (≈ 11.3) that allows for the creation of low-volume counterweights. Lead counterweights are particularly suitable when space is a critical factor.
Our lead counterweight solutions are used in many industrial sectors requiring compact and precise masses.
Barytune counterweights
Material that will become essential for your weighting solutions!
With a density range of up to 6.5, we can produce all types of weights, counterweights, ballast, ingots, or ballast blocks. The production cost is significantly lower than concrete, cast iron, or any other product available on the market.
Barytune is a new material, it is a registered trademark and patented by LC Foundry.
